DeleteFirst I eat vegetable as salad , fried vegetables , boiled vegetables etc. I drink the fruit juice and water. I well lower to eat the fried food .I eat food category 5 . I try to eat less. But the most important thing is an exercise.

In per weeks, I always play many sports like basketball and badminton etc. And I usually sleep early ( on M-F). So, I think that I have a healthy body! The important to make your body healthy are eat many healthy food (category 5), do some exercise and don't eat a lot of unhealthy foods like fried food, cold food and injurious food. DeleteI eat 3 meals a day. I think I eat meat more than vegetable a little bit. But, when I finish my meal, I always eat fruit. I always eat yogurt for breakfast with another meal. I think breakfast is the most important meal. But, I always eat another snack before I eat a main meal.So,I think I eat lots of food. I must do the exercise. I dance ballet once a week and play basketball,running and cycling in some week. I think it will be good for my health:)

I eat three meals per day. In each meal I have to eat many vegetable meat and carbohydrate and it's important to drink enough water every day. If you want to be fit you must exercise as much as often for example: running and jogging every morning. I like biking every morning on the weekend it's make you feel good and relax. Actually I don't know when that I eat in one day.But I think it's three meal in one day (maybe).In every morning (that i know) my mother gonna cook me some fried rice and some bread.In lunch when I at school i don't know what food that they gonna cook in that day.In afternoon I eat rice and vegetables. But some time in mid knight if i hungry i'm going in to the kitchen and fine something that I can eat.

ReplyDeleteI have 3 meals plus 3 snacks a day. I eat quick meals for breakfast such as a slice of bread with some sausage , some ham or some cheese. Sometimes there is some vegetable dip. At lunch and dinner I have not much rice or noodle.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite foods are pasta , pizza , salad , grilled river prawns , sushi and lots of sashimi. I also like ice cream , fruits , caramel and pudding after meals. I usually drink a lot of water, fruit juice and goat milk.
I keep fit by playing handball , swimming , riding bicycle and practicing Aikido , a Japanese martial art.
